Job summary

Agrace is seeking an experienced Clinical IT leader to drive EHR and clinical systems strategies across the organization. You will collaborate with clinical and non-clinical leaders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices, while guiding optimization initiatives and governance.

You will oversee EHR maintenance (Netsmart MyUnity), manage vendor relations, and lead project teams through planning, testing, and go-live processes, with after-hours support responsibilities

Qualifications

• Three years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Two years of supporting EHR or related clinical systems.
• Two years or more of project management experience.
• Experience with clinical IT projects from planning to go-live.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for EHR and clinical systems across the organization.
• Partner with clinical and non-clinical leaders to align clinical technology solutions with strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as escalation point for complex system issues and vendor coordination.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups to document requirements and identify optimization opportunities.
• Oversee administration of Netsmart MyUnity EHR and liaise with vendors for issues and upgrades.
• Manage system testing, upgrades, integrations, and user acceptance testing.
