Wolters Kluwer's HCP Solutions Division seeks an Associate Director of Sales, Education and Special Projects to expand our commercial footprint in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Health Tech by leading the Education and Special products sales team. This strategic role drives consultative selling across pharma, medical devices, biotech, and healthcare services to enable data-driven growth.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of sales executive experience, 10+ years with P&L management.
• Proven experience selling solutions into Pharma and Med Device/Life Science customers.
• Track record of developing and selling new solutions in emerging markets.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth by developing strategy for education offerings and international expansion.
• Lead, hire, and develop a sales team to meet targets.
• Collaborate with publishing, marketing, and product to grow offerings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from strategy to implementation.
• Build long-term strategic relationships in healthcare and life sciences.
• Forecast pipeline and report progress aligned with company goals.
• Stay informed on digital health trends to position WK as a thought leader.
