Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join our Legal team within a large Federal agency. The role focuses on managing client relationships, developing Relativity workflows, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of eDiscovery services.

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, creating production sets in Relativity, and maintaining project schedules while communicating scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive, more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service all client eDiscovery needs.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify, and implement workflows and resources needed to progress work through the system.
• Initiate work on behalf of clients by crafting and submitting work orders for data processing, review, and production.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of instructions and final work product.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Establish project schedules based on activities, dependencies, and resources.
