Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to support the legal organization within a large Federal agency. You will lead client engagements, manage Relativity workflows, and coordinate cross-team activities to deliver precise discovery results.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a background in eDiscovery services spanning the EDRM lifecycle, and the ability to work in a fast-paced government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focusing on client solutions
• 3 years of progressive experience on major lit support projects
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery teams and business leaders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• US Citizenship required; ability to obtain government clearance
• BS/BA degree or equivalent; JD highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation for eDiscovery needs
• Create fields, views, and batches in Relativity
• Generate production sweeps and sets in Relativity
• Develop and implement workflows and project resources
• Submit work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks
• Perform quality checks on instructions and final output
• Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders
• Establish project schedules considering dependencies and resources
• Participate in kickoff calls and project closure tasks
• Maintain knowledge of eDiscovery and industry tools and trends
