Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an experienced EDA Customer Success Manager for the California Bay Area. You will partner with large enterprise customers to align Keysight EDA tools with their design workflows, drive adoption, and lead technical reviews.

You will own the customer relationship across engineering teams and executives, coordinating Solutions Engineers, Services, and Product specialists. Expect 25–40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Typically, eight or more years of engineering, applications engineering, or EDA industry experience.
• Five or more years of hands-on engineering using EDA software to model, simulate, analyze, or solve real-world electronic design problems.
• Specialized technical depth in RF/microwave, high-speed digital, or semiconductor design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead technical customer-success plans aligning EDA solutions with customer design workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with engineers, senior technical leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive software adoption through regular training, workshops, and office hours.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure commitments.
• Communicate customer feedback to product and development organizations.
