Keysight Technologies seeks an EDA Customer Success Application Engineer to work with customers in Colorado, focusing on ADS and related EDA workflows. You will investigate technical questions, reproduce issues, and collaborate with R&D to provide robust solutions.

Preference for candidates in Colorado Springs or nearby Central/Mountain time zones. You will guide customers through design flows, document solutions, and deliver technical training to help them build confidence with Keysight EDA

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with EDA tools for electronic design, simulation, or design flow development.
• Technical background in RF/microwave/high-speed digital or EM simulation.
• Ability to investigate complex problems and work toward resolution with persistence and judgment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain findings to engineers at different levels.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customers' design goals and EDA workflows; identify issues affecting progress.
• Reproduce and troubleshoot problems in Keysight EDA tools (schematics, layouts, simulations); guide to resolution.
• Own customer support cases; communicate findings and next steps clearly while balancing priorities.
• Collaborate with R&D and other technical groups to investigate complex issues.
• Help customers use tool features and workflows more effectively for evolving design needs.
• Document interactions and create knowledge articles for customers and colleagues.
• Develop and deliver technical training or presentations to build customer confidence with Keysight EDA tools.
• Share recurring issues with product and support teams to improve tools and support experience.
• Continue building expertise in Keysight's EDA products and support methods.
