Baseten is seeking a Partner Enablement Lead to drive repeatable field motions across strategic marketplaces and hyperscalers. You will craft joint value propositions, define account mappings, develop playbooks, and build training programs for partner-driven sales motions.

In this role, you will design instructional materials, deliver targeted training, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize partner impact and accelerate adoption of Baseten's platform across a growing partner

Responsabilidades

• Enable and activate partner sellers and ensure internal field teams are supported to work with partner teams.
• Co-build what it takes for sellers to run joint plays: value proposition, account mapping, talking points, training, and relationships.
• Lead instructional design, content development, and training delivery for partner enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ecosystems, GTM, and data platforms to scale partnerships.
