This strategic, hands-on role focuses on enablement across field teams, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure Baseten partners are equipped to ship AI products effectively.

Qualifications

• Strategic, hands-on partner enablement experience preferred.
• Ability to design training and materials for partner ecosystems.
• Strong collaboration across sales, product, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn partnerships into repeatable field motions and enablement assets.
• Define value propositions, account mapping, talk tracks for partner sellers.
