Kroger Corporate in Cincinnati seeks a strategic leader to own a focus area of the eCommerce portfolio, driving long-term profitable growth by defining objectives, understanding customer needs and pain points, and outlining an end-to-end strategy to remove barriers.

You will champion cross-functional alignment, prioritize outcomes, and support enablement teams as they execute the strategy to deliver measurable ROI and accelerated growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, eCommerce business management, corporate strategy, or financial analyst roles.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and strategic storytelling capabilities.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with data tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Share business insights, drive alignment with cross-functional teams on business strategy, set cross-functional priorities and collaborate to execute growth.
• Understand customer behavior leveraging data to create strategy that meets needs and drives loyalty.
• Drive growth by addressing barriers and opportunities, acquiring new customers and growing loyalty.
• Serve as the Business lead on strategic initiatives, outlining end-to-end strategy and ensuring ROI.
• Perform essential functions of the role with or without accommodations.
