Job summary

Get Raw Nutrition is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager/Analyst to own the financial performance of our e-commerce and marketplace business, focusing on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other DTC channels. You’ll own the full P&L from gross sales to net revenue and margin, and gate every promotion and marketplace fee that touches that P&L.

You will build SKU-level COGS models, maintain bridges from gross sales to net revenue, and forecast by channel, collaborating with Supply Chain, Brand, and Growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics required or equivalent experience.
• 4–7+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis in CPG/e-commerce.
• Direct experience with Amazon and/or TikTok Shop economics preferred.
• Ability to build SKU-level financial models (COGS, margins, promo P&Ls).
• Proficiency with BI/reporting tools and ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete P&L waterfall for Amazon, TikTok Shop, and all e‑commerce channels.
• Build SKU- and channel-level COGS models to estimate GM% accurately.
• Maintain bridge from gross sales to net revenue to gross margin on all offers.
• Model promotional calendars and assess net revenue/margin impact before launches.
• Forecast revenue, COGS, and gross margin by channel and SKU weekly and monthly.
• Partner with Ecommerce, Brand, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive margin.
• Reconcile marketplace fees and monitor changes to fee structures.
