Job summary

Pandora NAM is seeking an Ecommerce Trade + Web Merchandising Specialist to own end-to-end onsite strategy for select categories in North America. You will translate category plans into precise onsite actions, optimize navigation, search, and product presentation, and drive growth through data-driven merchandising.

The role requires 3-5 years in ecommerce merchandising or related digital roles, with experience in platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud and tools like Bloomreach.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of ecommerce merchandising experience.
• Ability to own day-to-day onsite execution and performance.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Understanding of onsite merchandising: navigation, taxonomy, product presentation.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and onsite tools.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools.
• Experience with optimization and testing (A/B) and personalization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across marketing, merchandising, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own onsite trading and merchandising strategy and execution across assigned categories.
• Execute merchandising updates, campaign activations, and promotional changes.
• Translate category and campaign strategies into onsite execution across navigation, search, product ordering, and promotions.
• Maintain high standards of excellence and consistency across categories.
• Own standard reporting and monitor performance across categories, identifying trends and risks.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities and drive revenue.
• Continuously assess onsite experience and improve navigation, search, and product discoverability.
• Partner with Global Ecommerce, Merchandising, Content, Marketing, and Operations for aligned execution.
• Represent category needs with stakeholders and ensure coordination.
• Act as a key point of contact for assigned categories.
