Job summary

LillyDirect is seeking an Associate Director, E-Commerce Finance to partner with Commercial, Marketing, and BI teams. You will own the revenue model for direct-to-consumer and deliver forecasts and analyses that influence leadership decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce finance, strong modeling skills, and the ability to translate digital metrics into financial insight. Hybrid work and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce / digital finance roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue model and daily tracking of e-commerce revenue with monthly/quarterly forecasting.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, payback, and media efficiency across channels; adjust budgets.
• Collaborate with LillyDirect finance for cost-to-serve and marketing spend forecasts.
• Develop financial business cases for new e-commerce features or partnerships.
• Support competitive intelligence in forecasting assumptions.
• Prepare monthly performance packages for senior leadership.
• Improve data infrastructure linking e-commerce platforms with finance systems.
