BambooHR is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Marketing Officer, operating as a trusted partner to anticipate needs, shape priorities, and improve workflows in a fast-paced environment.

You will convert notes into executive-ready materials, manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance while leveraging AI tools to speed and elevate presentations and communications.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior leader in a fast-paced organization.
• Exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of strategy, financials, metrics, and priorities.
• Proven ability to develop or improve executive-level presentations and communications.
• Confidence using AI tools to enhance workflows and drafts.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted partner to the CMO, anticipating needs and advancing priorities.
• Develop executive presentations for Board, ET, budgets, and campaigns.
• Turn complex information into clear executive narratives with data support.
• Summarize lengthy documents and prepare briefing materials and Q&A.
• Manage a complex calendar and end-to-end travel for executive leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance.
