Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in business or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of executive-level support experience.
• High proficiency with the Microsoft Windows Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Discreet, professional demeanor; able to handle confidential material.
• Ability to think critically and multitask under pressure.
• Strong writing and editing skills with good grammar and punctuation.
• Curiosity, initiative, and proactive problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Maintain complex executive calendars and coordinate meetings.
• Arrange travel and lodging for leaders.
• Prepare letters, memos, journal submissions, and other correspondence.
• Take and distribute meeting minutes; organize board/committee meetings and agendas.
• Prepare leaders for meetings with briefing materials and pre-reads.
• Support executive recruitment activities and onboarding.
