Job summary

Straz Center for the Performing Arts located in downtown Tampa seeks an Executive Administrator to Chief Development Officer to provide high-level administrative support. The role includes calendar management, budget tracking, and governance coordination while supporting donor cultivation and stewardship activities.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of admin experience, strong MS 365 skills, and excellence in communication with discretion.

Qualifications

• Five years of administrative experience involving contact with the public.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with discretion and tact.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Chief Development Officer with calendar management and meetings.
• Assists gift officers with administrative tasks and correspondence.
• Coordinates governance materials and board/committee logistics.
• Manages Development data and records in Salesforce/SharePoint.
• Provides backup support and participates in department events.
