Located in downtown Tampa, the 335,000 square-foot Straz Center, one of the largest performing arts complexes in the country, offers a team-based work environment that shows our dedication to the community every day. We reward our full-time employees with a strong benefits package including options for health/dental, vision, etc., discounted downtown parking, food and show discounts, plus a generous 403(b) plan and up to 27 days of PTO/Holidays per year.

Essential Functions:

  • Help shape and implement donor strategies, prepare staff and volunteers for donor meetings, and create donor briefing memos for all lead gift solicitations. Work closely with staff colleagues in scheduling and coordinating cultivation and solicitation opportunities for staff and volunteers.
  • Provide regular reports for staff and board leadership on the progress of the campaign, identifying challenges and opportunities as they arise.
  • Coordinate naming opportunities, recognition commitments, stewardship deliverables, and donor benefits fulfillment with the appropriate Development team members and ensure donor recognition and stewardship plans/policy are upheld for campaign donors.
  • Work with the Development Systems team to ensure that all gifts, acknowledgements, and receipts for campaign donors are recorded and acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Work with Development staff, professional counsel, CDO, and CMO to plan and implement the campaign PR, advocacy and marketing program. This includes the Case for Support and supportive collateral pieces, newsletters, and other materials for various campaign constituencies.
  • Assist staff in writing and packaging proposals for gifts from major campaign constituents, and coordinate campaign and annual-giving strategies, so Boundless commitments are positioned over and above donors' ongoing annual support.
  • Function as the onsite logistics coordinator for campaign awareness events.

  • Assist with other campaign duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
