athenahealth is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Customer Officer and a VP within Customer Success. The role is hybrid in Boston, with about two days/week in the office, focusing on strategic administrative support and cross-functional coordination.

You will leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline operations, manage executive priorities, and help drive organizational effectiveness across Customer Success and key partners. Strong communication and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.
• Experience supporting multiple senior leaders while managing competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to engage across organizational levels.
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience using AI, automation, or productivity technologies to improve work quality.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex calendars for the Chief Customer Officer and a Vice President.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, and planning sessions.
• Prepare meeting materials and executive briefs for decision-making.
• Track actions, deadlines, and dependencies to follow through on initiatives.
• Support cross-functional coordination and travel arrangements.
