America At Work is recruiting a Senior Executive Assistant to support the CFO and senior Finance leaders. The role requires discretion, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex calendars and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will partner with C-suite level executives, support governance and operational activities, and drive strategic initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and professional judgment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Executive Assistant or similar senior admin role.
• Direct support of C-suite or senior Finance leaders preferred (CFO/CEO/COO).
• Experience handling confidential information with high discretion.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex calendars, multiple priorities, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CFO and VP-level Finance leaders.
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior Finance leadership and anticipate executive needs.
• Coordinate executive, financial, governance, and operational activities seamlessly.
• Maintain discretion and independence in a fast-paced environment.
