Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager in Virginia to oversee day-to-day activities, staff development, and performance of the e-Commerce department. You will drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to food safety and company standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. POS knowledge is a plus; Bachelor's degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and/or walk constantly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Desirable: Bachelor's Degree.
• Desirable: POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve goals.
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and timely, with substitutions as needed.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Monitor sales, budgets and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Coach direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
