Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce Manager in Ohio to oversee the day-to-day operations of the online department and drive sales. You will staff the team, develop associates, ensure a high-quality customer shopping experience, and lead initiatives to improve order accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will also ensure compliance with local laws, food safety practices, and company guidelines while coaching staff to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience and be able to hire staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic POS knowledge.
• Leadership skills to coach and develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to meet goals.
• Ensure e-Commerce meets customer expectations for shopping experience.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve sales, wage budgets, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety procedures.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment.
