RFCUNY seeks a Dual Enrollment Manager to partner with CUNY Early College networks and campus partners. You will design supportive resources, guide schools to continuous improvement, and report to the Associate Director of Dual Enrollment.

You will collaborate across teams to strengthen network capacity and growth. The role requires an Associate’s degree and 3–5 years of related experience, strong writing and presentation skills, and experience with data analysis, contracts, and budgets.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree required with 3–5 years related experience.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and group facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating college access events for professional staff.
• Experience with data collection and analysis to support program evaluation.
• Experience managing contracts and budgets.
• Strong background in resource creation for program implementation.
• Proficient using Google and Microsoft Applications.

• Partnership Management: build bridges across high school and campus-based staff and coordinate with EC partners.
• Stakeholder Engagement: facilitate exchange of ideas and best practices across the network.
• College Access & Success: support student engagement and enrollment efforts and identify strategic partnerships.
