Responsibilities

• Lead CUNY’s career and academic integration workstream across 26 campuses and system offices.
• Advise the Vice Chancellor and CUNY leadership on strategy and implementation.
• Oversee CUNY Beyond initiatives and drive holistic undergraduate career pathways.
• Manage a team of professionals, faculty fellows, and vendors toward strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Central offices to align visions and execute; engage national experts and partners.
• Monitor data-driven metrics and drive continuous improvement in program delivery.
