Job summary

Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) seeks a Manager of Dual Enrollment Credential and Course Alignment. You will design credentialing curricula, align CPL policies, and coordinate with CUNY campuses, NYCPS, and industry partners to map programs to degree pathways.

The role focuses on apprenticeship, work-readiness, and credit transfer, with collaboration across faculty and external partners to expand dual enrollment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in curriculum development, workforce/apprenticeship training, or higher education program management.
• Experience designing or aligning curriculum across secondary, postsecondary, and workforce systems.
• Knowledge of registered apprenticeship structures and civil service hiring systems.
• Experience building CPL, articulation, or advanced-standing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee credentialing curricula for industry-aligned disciplines.
• Coordinate with faculty to approve coursework meeting instructional and hiring standards.
• Track curriculum milestones and participant placement; recruit new cohorts.
• Align dual enrollment and workforce training with CPL policies and credit decisions.
• Develop training pathway frameworks connecting on-the-job training to college coursework.
• Support advising tools to translate training into degree progress.
• Coordinate with training providers and school partners for program alignment.
• Maintain documentation of articulation, CPL agreements, and course inventories.
• Identify opportunities to standardize credentialing approaches across industries.
