• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in AI tools for productivity and Excel/MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Lead CUNY’s career and academic integration workstream, offering university-wide strategy and implementation support across 26 campuses.
• Advise the Vice Chancellor and CUNY leadership on career/academic integration.
• Oversee workstreams of CUNY Beyond to integrate career connections across undergraduates’ paths.
• Lead a team of professionals, faculty fellows, and vendors toward initiatives and goals.
• Collaborate with Central offices and external partners to advance career-connected learning and collaboration.
