Job summary

Partnership to End Addiction is seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator to support revenue data, donor outreach, and reporting across all streams. The role reports to the Chief of Staff and collaborates with the CEO to support major donors.

The position is full-time and hybrid, requiring presence in the NYC area as needed. Candidates must be within 150 miles of New York City and live in NY, NJ, PA, or CT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nonprofit administration, development/fundraising operations, revenue operations, or related role with CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain revenue system records, deals, pipeline stages, fields, and lists.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and currency by cleaning duplicates and missing info.
• Track assignments, next steps, follow-ups, commitments, and opportunities for clear ownership.
