Job summary

Brady is seeking a Manager, Donor Relations to advance its mission to end gun violence by strengthening donor engagement across campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving, you will shape strategies for engagement, retention, and donor benefits, ensuring timely delivery and meaningful recognition.

You will lead donor communications, plan stewardship events, manage donor records, and collaborate across teams to build sustained support and impact for Brady’s philanthropic programs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional nonprofit fundraising experience.
• At least 1 year in donor relations or related field for a nonprofit.
• Experience with donor recognition and engagement strategies.
• Proficient in managing donor databases and relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Write donor communications and newsletters.
• Plan donor stewardship events and cultivation activities.
• Develop and execute donor recognition programs.
• Track stewardship metrics and maintain donor records.
