Job summary

Brady is seeking a Director, Development Operations to lead the data, systems, and processes supporting Brady’s fundraising and donor engagement. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and donor stewardship while aligning operations with Brady’s mission to reduce gun violence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit operations, including budget management and forecasting.
• Proven ability to align systems, data, and processes with fundraising goals.
• Strong data governance and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Development team’s operations and fundraising support.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and provide quarterly fundraising updates for leadership.
• Lead and develop the Development Operations team and manage budget and forecasting.
• Oversee donor relations, pipeline development, and stewardship programs.
• Optimize fundraising systems and data integrity across donor management platforms.
