Job summary

Brady is seeking a Director of Development Operations to provide strategic leadership for all operational aspects of the Development team, ensuring effective strategies for fundraising goals. This role collaborates across Communications, Operations, Programs & Policy, and Legal, serving Brady’s mission to end gun violence.

You will manage data, systems, prospect research, donor stewardship, and reporting while overseeing the Development budget and forecasting, in a collaborative, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in nonprofit philanthropy/operations.
• Experience with budget management, financial modeling, revenue forecasting.
• Experience leading CRM systems (Salesforce) and technology initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and implement technology roadmaps for operations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership of Development operations to align fundraising with goals.
• Analyze monthly finances and report fundraising performance to Board.
• Lead and mentor the Development Operations team and recruit as needed.
• Oversee policies, processes, and data security across donor systems.
• Develop donor engagement strategies and coordinate with teams.
