Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center program in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to enable informed decision-making by program leadership.

You will develop baselines, monitor costs, update EACs, prepare ROM estimates, and coordinate with contracts and program managers to ensure compliance and efficient funding execution in support of national defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in project/program management, quantitative analysis, or financial analysis (MBA may substitute two years).
• Knowledge of federal budgeting regulations.
• Proficiency in automated program planning software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of project management concepts.
• Experience with resource planning and budgeting practices.
• Experience interfacing with the Program Manager and Customer.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and report all Task Order financial data to support strategic plans.
• Develop baseline budgets, forecasts, and EACs for labor, travel, materials, and ODCs.
• Update forecasts and EACs monthly with actual costs and newest requirements.
• Track and analyze variances and trends monthly.
• Coordinate with contract and financial resources for compliance.
• Update contract pricing and prepare ROM estimates when requested.
• Assist with financial data requests and ad hoc reports for decision-making.
• Monitor CLINs as funding approaches 75% of the amount.
• Attend monthly IP Reviews and other financial support events.
• Review project costs and coordinate adjustments as needed.
• Review subcontractor travel expenses and invoices for accuracy.
• Assist in timesheet approvals and subcontractor funding management.
• Coordinate prime invoices and provide backup documentation.
• Identify cost-control improvements and streamline reporting.
