Job summary

CACI is seeking a Program Finance Analyst in Albuquerque, NM to manage program cost control, revenue recognition, and forecasting for defense-related projects. You will support invoicing, rate analyses, annual and multi-year planning, and ensure compliance with FAR and GAAP.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; or 5+ years in project finance.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and forecasting.
• Experience with cost control, reporting, and invoicing for government programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts from ground up, including wrap rates and burdens.
• Prepare contract budgeting, billing estimates, and cost reports.
• Produce variance, risk, and profit/loss analyses.
• Maintain program resource plans and financial reporting for management.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, GAAP, and government requirements.
