Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to join our Albuquerque, NM team. The role covers program cost control, revenue/forecasting, invoicing support, rate analysis, annual planning, and monthly forecasting in accordance with FAR and GAAP.

Responsibilities include contract accounting, project reporting, setup of project codes, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with government requirements. A DoD Secret clearance and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Forecasting from the ground up with wrap rates and burdens.
• Build reports and charts from guidance for internal and external needs.
• Maintain accurate forecasts for active programs.
• Analyze plans, forecasts, actual costs, variances and communicate trends.
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or related field or 5+ years of program finance experience.
• Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PIVOT Tables).
• Desired: Deltek Costpoint, IBM Cognos, Oracle CAPS, Smartview, MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Contract accounting and reporting for projects.
• Project schedule focus to management and tracking annual plans.
• Payroll/personnel processing and reporting.
• Maintenance and reporting of contract data; purchasing and contracting tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and forecasting techniques.
• Prepare financial/administrative reports for customers.
• Conduct financial analysis (variance/risk/profitability).
• Help create and maintain program resource plan.
