Job summary

CACI International Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Program Finance Analyst to join the Optical Communications Finance team.

You will own program financials, including cost, funding, labor charging, and forecasting, serving as the PM's main finance contact. Responsibilities include supporting Project Managers with financial data, coordinating with contracts, HR, and procurement, maintaining budgets and invoicing, and ensuring compliance with government requirements.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years of related experience including 5+ years in program control or financial management.
• Intermediate Excel skills for large datasets and monthly reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with contracts, procurement, accounting, and engineering.
• Strong foundation in cost collection, revenue recognition, EAC, invoicing, and unbilled reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Project Managers in analyzing project financial data and related tasks.
• Collaborate with contracts, subcontracts, HR, and other functions to assist the PM.
• Maintain contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, costs and delivery schedules.
• May aid project managers in overseeing facility administration and related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting per government and customer requirements.
• Monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans.
