Job summary

Aether Aerospace seeks a Pricing Analyst to join our Defense Technology team in the Patuxent River, MD / National Capital Region area. You will analyze material, labor, and overhead costs for DoD contracts, develop cost models, and provide strategic pricing guidance through FAR/CAS-compliant analyses to support proposals.

Responsibilities include creating cost narratives, building BOEs for labor, materials, and ODCs, and presenting findings to leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation and pricing for complex contracts.
• Knowledge of government contracts, FAR, CAS, and contract types.
• Ability to provide strategic pricing guidance and facilitate pricing reviews.

Responsibilities

• Determine material, labor, and overhead costs for contracts.
• Develop, write, and maintain compliant cost narratives and BOEs.
• Create cost models and perform pricing analyses for proposals.
• Present pricing findings to management and external stakeholders.
• Stay current with FAR/CAS and various contract types (FFP, Cost Plus, IDIQ, T&M).
• Support Price-to-Win, competitive assessments, and profitability analyses.
