Job summary

GTC is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst for Aerospace & Defense to own detailed cost builds and pricing strategies. You will ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, defend proposals, and support negotiations with government evaluators.

You’ll work with program management, finance, BD, and legal to ensure competitiveness and audit-ready pricing from initial estimates through negotiations. Ownership for All reinforces your impact on contracts and the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and defend detailed cost and price proposals that are compliant and audit-ready.
• Develop bottoms-up labor and overhead rate models tied to WBS and program schedules.
• Perform cost-to-complete analyses and provide variance explanations.
• Apply FAR/DFARS/CAS and agency pricing rules to proposals and billing actions.
• Create pricing exhibits, cost narratives, and price-to-win analyses for RFP responses.
• Support negotiations and post-award actions including clarifications and audits.
• Maintain indirect rate structures and burden models with accounting.
• Respond to DCAA/DOL inquiries and audits.
• Maintain historical cost databases and lessons learned.
• Negotiate terms with government agencies and prime contractors.
