Aether Aerospace seeks a Pricing Analyst to lead cost estimation, pricing strategy, and financial modeling for complex DoD contracts in the Washington, DC metro area. You will analyze material, labor, and overhead costs, build BOEs, and develop cost models to support proposals and pricing reviews with FAR/CAS compliance.
The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree with 6–12 years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain Secret clearance.

The ideal candidate will be local to the Patuxent River, MD or Washington, DC/National Capital Region area.
As a Pricing Analyst, you will serve as an emerging authority in pricing and cost analysis, applying extensive technical expertise to complex pricing challenges. You will be responsible for determining and analyzing material, labor, and overhead costs related to contractual efforts, ensuring accurate and strategic cost estimates. With considerable latitude, you will develop innovative pricing solutions, create cost models, and provide strategic pricing guidance to proposal and capture teams. Your ability to independently determine objectives and approaches will be critical in facilitating pricing reviews and presenting cost findings to management and external stakeholders. You will remain well-versed in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and various contract types, including Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, IDIQ, and Time and Materials (T&M). This role requires strong analytical skills and leadership capabilities to drive pricing strategies that align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret
Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 8 - 12 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of experience
