Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Mid Financial Analyst to join our team supporting NAVSEA PMS-317. You will perform financial management across the portfolio and contribute to PPBE processes with Navy ERP, PBIS, NEPS, RDOCS, PDOCS, COBRA, and EDW.

The ideal candidate has DoD financial management experience and familiarity with the PPBE framework, with the ability to communicate risk and provide budget insights to PMS-317 leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience in business, finance, or accounting.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain CAC and an active Secret clearance.
• Experience with DoD financial processes and NAVSEA tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis in support of the PMS-317 portfolio across PPBE.
• Support budget submissions and program reviews for PMS-317.
• Coordinate annual Business Planning and update budget reports.
• Develop and present financial briefing documentation on program funding and execution.
