R&P Technologies is seeking a mid-level Business Financial Analyst to join our team supporting a major Navy Shipbuilding Program inside PAE Maritime. The role involves applying DoD financial accounting systems (PBIS, ERP, NEPS) and developing budget documentation for PB/OSD/DoN exhibits.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED with 7+ years in a business/financial management field.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Navy data repositories (N-ERP, NEPS, PBIS).
• Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge to support the Navy's use of DoD financial accounting systems including PBIS, ERP, and NEPS.
• Support the Navy's development of financial documentation with emphasis on SCN funding.
• Provide initial budgetary products and updates for PB/OSD/DoN budget exhibits.
• Provide initial execution data, analysis, updates and impact statements for mid-year execution and program reviews.
• Prepare acquisition and budget financial reporting such as SAR, DAES, APBs, Budget Exhibits, and Total Program Costs.
• Support Navy business, financial, and acquisition reporting data systems for Budget Execution and Acquisition Reporting.
• Prepare and track funding execution documents to ensure accurate recording in Navy financial systems.
• Maintain financial status and historical records to identify resources and shortfalls.
• Assist in developing and defending budget resource requirements.
• Prepare TPSs, program requirements and development of phasing, allocation, and spend plans.
