Job summary

Nakupuna Consulting seeks a Mid Financial Analyst to join our team supporting NAVSEA PMS-317. You will perform financial management across programs, applying PPBE concepts and DoD budgeting practices. A DoD background and active Secret clearance are preferred.

Responsibilities include preparing budget submissions, briefing materials, and program funding analyses. You will work with multiple Navy systems and support annual business planning efforts within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting; or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with DoD financial processes and systems.
• Familiarity with PPBE and defense budgeting.
• Active US Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis for the PMS-317 portfolio across PPBE.
• Support budgeting submissions (POM, BES, PBR, PB).
• Prepare budget reports and briefings with program funding data.
• Coordinate annual business planning and risk assessment for PMS-317.
