Redhawk Administrative Services is seeking a Financial Management Analyst specializing in Budget Operations to support the Defense Health Agency Financial Operations Division. The role provides functional technical advice on GFEBS, budget planning, and reporting for multiple programs.

Responsibilities include developing spend plans, tracking obligations, generating SOF and execution reports, and collaborating with internal and external customers to optimize resource use. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in financial management, accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years DoD budget/program development and execution experience.
• Knowledge of PPBE processes and DoD budget regulations and policies.
• Proficiency with GFEBS and MS Office tools including Pivot Tables.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain annual and multi-year spend plans.
• Track commitments, obligations, expenses, and disbursements for reporting.
• Extract and analyze SOF, open commitments, and obligations data.
• Prepare SOF and funding documents for DRCH/WBS/funded programs.
• Create analyses and reports for executive briefings using Excel Pivot Tables.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to optimize budget resources.
