Job summary

Grand Ground Enterprise, LLC is seeking a Senior Budget Analyst to support the Pentagon's budget and financial operations. This role focuses on budget tracking, funding documents, travel ledger reconciliation, and DAR-Q responses within a DoD environment.

The position requires a DoD Secret clearance and 7+ years of related experience, with familiarity in DTS and government financial processes. In-person work at Headquarters locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• 7+ years of experience supporting DoD/AF budget and financial operations.
• Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS).
• Experience with unexpended balance de-obligations and DAR-Q responses.

Responsibilities

• Act as Resource Advisor support with final funding certifications and approvals by Government.
• Track and process DISA invoicing.
• Investigate open travel documents and un-submitted vouchers.
• Prepare packages/recommendations for prior-years unexpended balance de-obligations and DAR-Q responses.
• Reconcile DISA billing data and draft funding re-alignment packages.
• Develop monthly reports for briefings.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures for office Financial Manager.
