NIKA, a government-focused services provider, seeks a Financial Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency FOB Division in San Antonio, onsite. The role involves financial review, POM, BES, and PB requirements and developing metrics for the DHA SRM program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial management and accounting experience within the last 5 years.
• 3+ years planning, programming, and budgeting processes with DoD funding knowledge.
• Experience processing and managing accounting transactions in a system like GFEBS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial review and analysis for POM, BES, and PB requirements.
• Develop metrics for the DHA SRM program and provide status on funds and variances.
• Assist and coordinate financial management functions and advise leadership on budgeting and costs.
• Provide periodic briefings and presentations to senior management on funding and budget execution.
• Perform financial analytics and translate reports into visual formats for decision making.
