The Salvation Army Potomac Division seeks an experienced Divisional Social Services Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight for Social Services across Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, D.C. This role shapes the direction and effectiveness of our programs, collaborating with divisional and local leadership to strengthen services and advance the mission.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience administering Social Services programs.
• Strong knowledge of program management, budgeting, grants, compliance, and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of Social Services programs across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with field and divisional leadership to identify community needs and develop new program opportunities.
• Oversee program quality, outcomes, reporting, data integrity, and compliance with funding requirements.
