Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern CA Division is seeking a Divisional Programs Data and Compliance Manager to lead data strategy, governance, and reporting for Social Services. You will supervise the data team, drive system integration, and ensure funder-ready data across the division.

You will collaborate with DHQ and THQ partners to align with national policies, build centralized data leadership, and support program evaluation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data management, information systems, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in data systems and reporting.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or cross-functional management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy, governance, and reporting architecture for Social Services across the division.
• Supervise the Divisional Social Services Database and Compliance Administrator.
• Oversee data integration, mapping, and interoperability to reduce duplicate data entry.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for leadership and funders.
• Ensure compliance readiness, privacy, and audit preparation across programs.
• Provide field training and support related to data platforms and workflows.
• Coordinate with external software platforms, HMIS administrators, and funders.
