Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, real estate, facilities management, or related field.
At least five years of progressively responsible experience in property, facilities, construction, contracts, project management, or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
Master's degree in business or related field preferred.
Professional credentials as real estate professional, contractor, engineer, or facilities professional preferred.
Valid in‑state driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Property Department, contracts, facilities, maintenance, custodial, and other personnel; set priorities and ensure timely reporting.
Oversee property portfolio management including acquisition, sale, leases, and compliance.
Direct capital improvement, renovation, and maintenance projects; coordinate with architects and contractors.
Review contracts and agreements for scope, approvals, and compliance with Salvation Army policies.
Coordinate with multiple departments and vendors; prepare project summaries and reports.
