Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive management and supervisory experience in social services and fiscal management.
• Knowledge of contracts, budgets, and program evaluation.

• Direct staff, volunteers, and practicum students; ensure program goals are met.
• Manage contracts, reporting, and compliance with policies and standards.
