Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 8 years of progressive management in social work, personnel, and fiscal management.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Services, Family Emergency Shelter, and related programs.
• Directly supervise staff, volunteers, interns, and practicum students.
• Manage contract development, processing, and reporting per TSA standards.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance and training.
• Monitor program budgets and ensure effective financial controls.
• Lead CQI initiatives and data-driven program improvements.
