Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience in utilities/electrical construction preferred.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and managing competitive bid processes.
• Proficiency with ERP and inventory management software; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for electrical materials and services for projects.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Issue and manage purchase orders and track delivery schedules; resolve delays or issues with project teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to minimize stockouts and costs.
• Lead bid, RFP, and RFQ processes for major material purchases and evaluate proposals.
