Job summary

Lakeville Area Schools in Minnesota seeks an Executive Director of Operations to lead district operations, facilities, support services, budgeting, and planning in alignment with the District's Strategic Plan. The role interacts with all departments to anticipate staff needs and implement effective solutions.

Salary range is $170,000 to $180,000 annually, pro-rated for contracted days, with full-time year-round employment and comprehensive benefits. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Education Administration with emphasis in operations/facilities, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Managerial skills including planning, budgeting, supervision, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district operations, facilities, support services, budgeting, and planning in alignment with the Strategic Plan.
• Collaborate with all district departments to determine staff and department needs and plan accordingly.
