Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution; master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to implement systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee the school budget (up to $10M) and monthly forecasting.
Lead and coach the school operations team and support staff.
Manage enrollment processes and family engagement strategies.
Ensure compliance with district, state, and network policies.
Collaborate with principal, deans and network support on priorities.
