Lakeville Area Schools (Independent School District No. 194) is seeking an Executive Director of Operations to lead district operations, facilities, support services, budgeting, and planning in line with the Strategic Plan.
The role requires collaboration across departments to meet student needs and district goals. The position is full-time and year-round, with a salary range of $170,000 to $180,000 annually, prorated for contracted days.

The Executive Director of Operations reports to the Superintendent and assumes responsibility for district operations, facilities, support services, budgeting, and planning in alignment with the District's Strategic Plan. This position interacts with all departments in the district to determine department and staff needs to plan how best meet the needs of students.

Salary range: $170,000 to $180,000 annually (pro-rated for contracted days)
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
2. 5+ years of experience in Education Administration with emphasis in operations/facilities, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
3. Managerial skills including planning, budgeting, supervision, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team collaboration
1. National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification for crisis management
